3 x 3 Basketball Tournament

Tournament Rules

Player- 3 or 4 players (no more than4 players on a team)

Score- A basket is worth 1 point and a 3 pointer is worth 2 points

Length of the Game

The first team to 14 points within 20 min running clock is declared the winner

The clock is stopped during a team time out and if the referee or court monitor or player injury.

If the teams are tied, overtime will be activated. In overtime a coin flip will determine which team has possession

The first team to score 2 points in overtime wins (2 min for overtime)

If the game is still tied at the end, a foul shot will determine winner. Each team will get a chance for a free throw.

Who can be on the court - only assigned players and teams are allowed to occupy the court at any time during the game.

Fouls

Each team will be given 8 fouls before free throw attempts are awarded. Upon the 9th foul players will shoot 1 free throw.

If a foul is committed during a made shot the point will count and the player will also shoot a free throw, but only after the bonus is in effect.

After each free throw attempt, make or miss, the non-shooting team will receive the ball at the back court line

- 1 flagrant foul - Done for the GAME

- 2 flagrant foul - Done for the TOURNAMENT

Team Registration

Middle School - Boy's and Girl's 5th and 6th Grade | $25 per person

Junior High - Boy's and Girl's 7th, 8th, 9th Grade | $25 per person

High School - Boy's and Girl's 10th, 11th, 12th Grade | $50 per person

Adult Competitive - Men and Women, HS Grad and Above | $75 per person

Adult Non-Competitive - Men and Women, HS Grad and Above | $75 per person

Each team is guaranteed a free t-shirt, lunch, and at least 3 games!
